Terms of Service
Last updated: October 11, 2026
1. The service
These Terms of Service govern your use of dBuilders OS, an application provided by Alonso Marketing Group LLC. dBuilders OS is a web application that brings together your point of sale, your bank activity and the costs you record, and presents sales, expenses and profit for your food business. You need an account to use it.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for the activity of everyone you invite to your business. Tell us immediately if you believe an account has been used without permission.
3. Connected services
When you connect Square, you authorize read access to merchant details, payments, payouts, orders, catalog items and inventory, not the customer directory. Plaid is configured for the Transactions product to retrieve bank transactions and associated account information, not to initiate payments or move funds. Connection setup, token exchange, synchronization and access revocation involve requests to the providers; read access does not mean that every technical request is a read operation. Authorized users can disconnect services from settings, subject to the required security checks. Provider terms continue to apply, and their availability and data accuracy are outside our control.
4. Not accounting or tax advice
The figures shown are an operational view of your business, not certified bookkeeping or accounting, tax or financial advice. Reports depend on provider data and information you enter. You are responsible for checking your records and meeting your reporting obligations. Always confirm with your accountant before filing anything or making a financial decision based on them.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, to access data belonging to another business, or to disrupt, probe or overload the platform.
Your data
We do not claim ownership of the business data you submit or authorize us to retrieve. You remain responsible for having permission to provide it, including information about staff and customers. We process it to provide and secure the service as described in our Privacy Policy. Business owners can export supported business records; exports exclude integration credentials and restricted technical payloads.
6. Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available and accurate, but it is provided as is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted service or error-free reports. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or for business decisions taken on the basis of the reports. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
7. Ending your use
You may stop using the service, disconnect integrations or request account deletion. Business owners can preview and confirm business deletion from Your data. Disconnecting alone does not erase imported records, and business deletion does not automatically delete individual accounts, preserved audit or consent records, or historical backups. The Privacy Policy describes these limits. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms.
Subscriptions and cancellation
The current application does not include subscription checkout, automatic subscription billing or a subscription cancellation portal. These terms do not establish a paid plan, renewal period or refund policy. Any separately agreed paid service is governed by the pricing, payment and cancellation terms in that agreement. Stopping use or deleting a business does not by itself cancel a separate paid agreement.
8. Changes
If we make a material change to these terms, we will update the date above and request renewed acceptance when the revised legal versions take effect.
